

Conclusion
This project focused on designing a user-friendly mobile app based on library users' needs. Through research, surveys, and website analysis, we identified key services to include in the app. The final design ensures easy access to resources, making the library more accessible and engaging for users.
Define
In the Define process, after the surveys and usability testing, I created user personas and journey maps to better understand our users and their needs. Benchmarking was also conducted to gather insights and prepare for the ideation process.

The app’s goal is to provide virtual counseling, meditation tutorials, stress relief activities, and educational content, ensuring accessibility despite financial, time, or social limitations.

It was distributed to 160 users and created by Google Forms to collect data automatically.
